Distinctive donkey outline
Use the continuous cutting wall to form the complete animal shape in one press. The narrow spaces around the ears, legs and curled tail are part of the outline, so apply pressure across the whole cutter before lifting it straight away from the dough.

- XL – 140 mm: approximately 140 × 111.9 × 15 mm

Before pressing
The donkey’s character comes from its perimeter rather than internal markings. Pay particular attention to the ears, feet and tail when releasing the cut shape, as these are the finest parts of the silhouette.
