UK starting prices include Royal Mail's 30p collection charge and apply to eligible Large Letter orders. Checkout automatically selects the appropriate UK mail format from the packed size and weight. International Tracked rates also include the 30p collection charge, vary by destination, packed size and weight, and currently support eligible orders up to 2 kg. Delivery times are aims. International orders currently use DDU/DAP delivery terms: checkout does not include import VAT, customs duties (including the EU's low-value customs duty where applicable), local taxes or destination handling fees, and the recipient must pay them. Destinations affected by a Royal Mail service suspension and the United States are not currently available at checkout while the required customs handling is completed.
Returns
Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions. Products should be unused and securely packaged.
